How-to Reset ETO Password


Resetting your ETO password is easy. Fill in your username (firstname.lastname@ranchehrlo.ca) and click "Forgot your password?".


Once this has been completed you will be prompted with two of your security questions. You will then receive an e-mail from ETO regarding your password change. Follow the instructions in the e-mail and you will be able to access your ETO account.


If you receive the below error message trying to change your ETO password or log in, please submit a ticket through the IT Service Desk to have your account unlocked. Your account will need to be unlocked before you can successfully change your password.


Reminder


In order to update and improve our practice standards regarding the security of participant information we are making the following changes to ETO passwords effectively immediately.


1. Minimum password length is changing from 6 to 8 characters 

2. Passwords must have a minimum of 1 numeric character 

3. Passwords must have a minimum of 1 non-alphanumeric character 

4. Passwords will expire every 90 days
