This only applies to users who are on the Ranchehrlo.ca Domain. This means that a user must be located at one of the follow physical locations:
- Mackay Street
- Francis Street
- Cornwall Street
- Pilot Butte Campus
- Corman Park Campus
- Buckland Campus
How-to Change Your Ranch Ehrlo Password
- Login to Windows with your firstname.lastname@ranchehrlo.ca and wait until the Windows Desktop has been loaded.
- Press the combination together: (CTRL + ALT + DELETE)
- Click "Change a password..."
- Enter your old password (current password).
- Enter a new desired password.
- Confirm that new desired password.
- Click the arrow that is pointing right.
Your credentials will be now changed for the following systems:
- Windows Login.
- Office 365 E-mail (wait approximately 30 minutes).
- Wiki.
- Intranet Website (www.ranchehrlo.ca).
- IT Service Desk Portal (portal.ranchehrlo.ca).
