How-to Retrieve Your Office 365 Multi-Factor App Password
1. Visit the website https://portal.office.com and login with your e-mail and password.
2. On the main Apps page click your image (or initials) and a menu will appear. Go to My account.
3. Go to Security & privacy and choose Additional security verification and then choose Create and manage app passwords.
4. Choose Create and use any name for the app password (in the case "All Applications") will work.
5. After clicking next you will be given an app password that you can copy and now use for your Office 365 applications when prompted for a password as seen below. You must save this password some where or else you will need to go through the process to create a new app password next time you are prompted.
