Printer Job Accounting / Private Print Troubleshooting


Are you using a department printer (larger printer) and receiving the message that your print job is restricted? Follow the steps below to troubleshoot your issue.


* This currently applies to the 2221 Cornwall Street printer.


1. Logout from the printer using the "Authentication / Logout" button as seen below:



2. Enter your Job Accounting code (as seen below).



3. (If using Private Print) Open the Document Box as seen below:



4. Click the "Job Storage" tab at the bottom of the screen and choose "Private Print/Stored Job" and click "Open". 




5. Select your name and click the button "Open".




6. Check off your print job and press "Print" and type in your Private Print code.
