To activate Out of Office messages on SaskTel IBC Phones


  1. Open https://www.msging.sasktel.net/
  2. Login with your 10 digit phone number (306xxxxxxx)
  3. Enter your Voice Mail PIN Code
  4. Go to Options
  5. Go to Greeting
  6. Check off Activate Greeting Schedule > Check off all of the days of the week
  7. Set time Times in the dropdown menu
  8. Set to 1:00 AM to 1:01 AM
  9. Press Update


This will change your setting from your normal greeting to your out of office greeting.


You may also set a schedule if you have a routine for the system to change to.
