Receiving the error from Adobe for "Your browser or operating system is no longer supported." when trying to sign in to Acrobat Pro DC?
You will require IT to assist you with this issue.
Steps to fixing the issue
- Run the registry file download from https://helpx.adobe.com/content/dam/help/en/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser/jcr_content/root/content/flex/items/position/position-par/download_section/download-1/Fix-UpdateRequiredError.reg
- Open "cmd" as Administrator
- Navigate to the folder that the .reg downloaded to (i.e. "cd C:\Users\First.Last\Downloads")
- Run regedit Fix-UpdateRequiredError.reg
- Download the .exe from //prdl-download.adobe.com/Framemaker/428037A8066D4558A7EF7D7D06CB5B72/1600836995996/AASIapp.exe
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P7
- Replace the "AASIapp.exe" with the one downloaded from the link above.
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC should now be able to authenticate with the current browser and OS.
