Have you forgotten your password? This guide shows the steps to reset your password with Microsoft Office 365.

1. Visit the following links for the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal:

• https://aka.ms/sspr
• https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

2. Enter your firstname.lastname@ranchehrlo.ca e-mail address and enter the characters in the picture.

3. Choose I forgot my password > Click Next

4. Type in the phone number that matches your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). > Click Text

5. Enter the code sent by text message to your phone > Click Next

6. Enter in your new password, confirm your password and click Finish.
