Towards the end of the month, timesheets for teachers will be locked and exported to payroll. This export may occur before the last day of the end of the month.
If you try to enter PTO for a teacher at the end of the month and timesheets have already been exported, you will receive the following error:
In this scenario, please email payroll@ranchehrlo.ca to inform them of the PTO that has taken place for the teacher. They will then be able to make the proper adjustments on their side to deduct the right amount of PTO from the teacher's balances and record it in the system.
