On Call – GLS Managers
Entering your hours for working an On Call weekend
1. Time & Schedules> Timesheets> Bi-Weekly
2. Find your Timesheet by utilizing the search function
If you already have a timesheet for your weekend, skip to step 5. If you do not have a timesheet, proceed to step 3
3. If you DO NOT have a timesheet for this date range, use the Create Timesheet option
4. Find your timesheet, click Create Timesheet
If your on-call weekend includes a STAT holiday, proceed to steps 11-14 now. If there is no STAT holiday, follow steps 5-10.
5. On the Sunday of your On Call weekend, click on the empty shift to expand it
6. Change the Select Team option to be any of the options in the drop down (ONE-TO-ONE, TRAIN, etc.).
7. Select + Add Allowances
8. Under Tips and Extra Name, choose OCGM
9. Under the Units column, type in 1
10. Select Save Tips and Extras
If your weekend includes one STAT holiday, follow steps 11-14. If the weekend has multiple STAT holidays, proceed to steps 15-22
11. Find which day of the weekend has the STAT, in this case it is Monday. Click on Monday to expand the shift, and click the + Add Allowances button
12. Under Tips and Extra Name, choose OCGM in the first row, and OCGMS in the second row
14. Select Save Tips and Extras
If your weekend has multiple STAT holidays, follow the below steps.
15. Find which days are the STAT holidays, in this example Sunday December 25th, and Monday December 26th. Select any option from the Select Team drop down menu for both days.
16. Choose the + Add Allowances button for Sunday, December 25th.
17. Choose OCGMS under the Tips or Extra Name column. Under the Units column, type 1.
18. Select Save Tips and Extras.
19. Choose the + Add Allowances button for the STAT holiday (in this case, December 26th)
20. Choose OCGMS under the Tips or Extra name column. Under the Units column, type 1.
21. In the second row, under Tips or Extra name column, choose OCGM. Under the Units column, type 1.
22. Select Save Tips and Extras
