LEAVE REQUESTS (NEWEST VERSION)
The new time off request page contains the same functionality as the previous version but with a new view.
Note: Creating Time Off Requests is the same as the previous version so it will not be fully covered in this document.
Leave page and creating time off request
1. The new Leave page can be found under Time & Schedules.

2. To create leave, select the Create Time Off Request located at the top right corner of the page.

Navigating the leave request page
1. You can use the filter tools found under the title of the page. You can search leave by name or reason, change the date range, select specific time off types, select teams, status and sort by status. These functions are the same as the previous version.

2. All leave requests that are pending will be shown at the left-hand side of the page..
- To view all existing pending requests, go to Date Range and select All.

3. To Approve or Decline leave, click on the employee’s request from the left-hand side of the page, and the button will be displayed at the top right of the request.
- You can also select Edit leave request at the bottom of the page to change date, duration, time off type, hours of leave and reason for leave.
- On the employee's leave request, it also shows any overlapping request with other employees who is on the same team in that month.

4. You can also edit the shift that the employee has scheduled for that leave request. You can keep the shift on roster, vacate it, or delete it.

5. Once a leave request has been approved or declined; it will disappear from the side view. If you would like to see it, you can use one of the filter tools. For example, the Status or Search by name or reason filter.

6. You can also select Approved, Pending, and Decline in the Status filter and the calendar will display each leave types differentiated by color. You can click on the date, and it will show the leave request for that day.
